Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for unused items with all original tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customer Pays: If you selected the wrong size, color, or variant.
- We Pay: If Crockeez sent you the incorrect item.
How to Process a Return/Exchange:

- Approval: Once your request is approved, we will share the return address.
- Shipment: Send the product back to us.
- Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days.
