Refund & Exchange Policy

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

1. Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered for items that arrive broken or damaged.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for unused items with all original tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Customer Pays: If you selected the wrong size, color, or variant.
    • We Pay: If Crockeez sent you the incorrect item.

How to Process a Return/Exchange:

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will share the return address.
  3. Shipment: Send the product back to us.
  4. Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the item:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days.
